With certified courses for the swim, bike, and run segments, official timing, and comprehensive safety measures, athletes can trust in the accuracy and fairness of the competition. Participation in this USAT-sanctioned event also allows athletes to earn points toward national rankings and benefit from the support of experienced officials and volunteers throughout the race.

TOUGHKids Harriman Triathlon

Check out our TOUGHKids 2026 Triathlon which will happen Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Lake Welch in Stony Point, New York. A triathlon for kids ages 4-14 that promotes healthy exercise and good sportsmanship.

Ages 4 – 6: Swim 20 yards, Bike 1 mile (1 loop), Run 100 yards – 1 helper allowed

Ages 7 – 10: Swim 100 yards, Bike 2 miles (1 loop), Run 0.5 miles

Ages 11 – 14: Swim 200 yards, Bike 4 miles (2 loops), Run 1 mile
